These terms cover your use of this website. By using the site, you agree to them.

1. Who we are. Ground Truth Services, a registered business name of Michael John Hundy, ABN 29 974 619 771, Brisbane, Queensland. Contact: mick@thehundystudio.com.

2. What this site is for. This site describes our services and how we work. It is general information about those services. Work for your business is set out in a written proposal.

3. Prices. Prices on this site are in Australian dollars. A "from" price is where a service starts; the price for your work is the fixed price in your proposal. We are not registered for GST at present, and no GST is charged. If we register, GST will be added to our prices from that time.

4. Engagements. Nothing on this site is an offer that becomes a contract when you accept it. Every engagement starts with a written proposal, and our Business Engagement Terms come with it. The accepted proposal and those terms govern the work.

5. Examples. Examples on this site, and in our sample documents, are for demonstration only. The companies, names and figures in them are invented.

6. Our material. The words, designs and images on this site are ours. You're welcome to share a page of this site in full and unchanged. Please ask us before using our material in any other way. Engagement documents are covered by our Business Engagement Terms.

7. Other sites. This site links to other sites, such as LinkedIn. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content.

8. Liability. We take care to keep this site accurate and current, and we can't promise it is free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that comes from relying on the general information on this site. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

10. Changes, and the law that applies. We may update these terms, and the current version is always on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
